Welcome to TACANA TRAINING CLUB, Tacaná Climbing Gym's continuous climbing training program! Here, kids, teens, and adults find a space to learn, improve, and grow through vertical movement.
During a one-hour session led by instructors, participants develop strength, coordination, balance, and concentration, while cultivating mental skills such as problem-solving, strategic thinking, and self-confidence.
The best part? After their class, they can stay to climb freely in the gym.
Important: If participants are underage, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, as the instructor is only responsible during the class.

Schedule (Monday to Friday)

KIDS (5–9 years old): 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM

JUNIOR (10–12 years old): 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM

TEENS & YOUTH (13–18 years old): 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

ADULTS: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

You can choose between 1, 2, or 3 classes per week depending on your availability and level of commitment.
